The space was bright, warm, and welcoming. Such a beautiful place to practice. Our teacher was a sub and he was very friendly, funny, and knowledgeable. He made fun of me a bit during class in a loving and silly way and it helped remind me to add some light and joy to my practice. I felt so relaxed and open after class and for days afterwards. It was a lovely experience.

The studio was very beautiful with perfect lighting and temperature. Daniel was great to instruct and assist me during the yoga session. He also asked me if I have had any injuries or issues that he needed to be aware of before the session. I really enjoyed my first session. Thank you!
