My first class was the Tuesday night Yin Yang. It was awesome. I’ve been trying to find a good studio in Wilmington and I really felt this class was lead by an expert. The coaching and assisting was amazing. It was the perfect balance of challenging and grounding. Definitely going to try to make this a routine. It’s just a bit far from me.
