Excellent instruction, transitions, music were fun and challenging. Ease of booking prompt communication, prop quality and pretty little space would definitely draw me back.

The ambiance of the class was amazing, I got a great workout and was able to challenge myself, the instructor was thoughtful and helpful, it wasn't just yoga it was an experience!

It was a very welcoming and nice studio. I had a hard time keeping up with some of the moves but it was my first time trying yoga ever so I don't think that's a reflection of the studio. Beautiful area
