I thoroughly enjoyed all that we did in the class, especially the 2nd half. I am a dance teacher myself, and although the teacher did a great job of explaining things as we went along, I am a very visual learner so I personally would have benefited from the teacher demonstrating a little more. I felt most successful in the class when I was watching her do it at the same time. It was a great workout and I will definitely be back!
