This was my first class at Yoga Salt, I was visiting from NY and looked up Yoga nearby where I was staying in Leland. My gf said that was great part of town and we would be able to shop & dine after class! I booked my class immediately and attend with high hopes of it being a challenging class! JJ was amazing, just enough challenge to make me sweat my guts out! I loved JJ friendly laid back style, the rising & lowering of the music is genius and the routine was refreshing! Bravo JJ! 👏💕👏
