Sesa is an amazing instructor who challenges you but give detailed instructions that make the moves achievable and effective. Her explanation makes find those little movements that make all the difference. I'm amazed on how I'm able to do the movements and how good I feel. She is amazing.

Clean, started on time, staff was more than pleasant (my first visit). I had a glitch in my package options, and the matter was resolved THAT day! Talked my wife into trying yoga as well! Maybe she will come with me on Sunday.
