Enjoyed all the teachers' passion & enthusiasm, and so many styles & classes to choose from. Also appreciated their knowledge about how certain poses help specific parts of the body, etc. Having the Zoom option was very important, even if not for covid. If I had any questions, the responses were quick. I look forward to being back, mahalo!

Love the live Zoom yoga class offerings! They make it possible for me to attend a class almost every day from home (I live outside Honolulu and would never be able to attend the studio in Kaimuki). MAHALO!
