Naomi spends hours in preparation for her classes. Each class leads up to a peak pose. Students are engaged at all times. Even though the peak pose is challenging, she provides for all levels of practitioners. I feel this is how every teacher is at the Yoga Room. Every class is unique and amazing! I look forward to each and every class.

Instructor was excellent, but the Yin class was described as not heated. I think because there was a hot class before it the room was hot. So I wasn't prepared for that type of experience.

Yoga Room is the best. It is clean, bright and inviting. The teachers are friendly, compassionate, supportive and well trained. The patrons are also friendly, from all age groups with a yoga mindset.
