Everything was absolutely perfect, but the only issue I had was the movements were said very fast and there isn't much time to process all the commands when they're in rapid succession. Maybe slow down just a tad.

#1. There is a great vibe at this studio. #2. The instructors and staff are enthusiastic, very knowledgeable and each one is unique in how they structure their class. #3. As a yogi I feel safe taking instruction from these amazing yoga and,other types of instructors.
