Shakti class last night was awesome! Jess's energy, guidance, cues, & overall message were amazing. I loved the connection-to-self/self-care emphasis. I also loved the camaraderie of being surrounded by so many other women letting loose. The music was perfect and fitting for all the moves we did. I felt and still do feel invigorated from last night. I would definitely attend again, as well as recommend to others.
