Every class is wonderful. I enjoy the variety of yoga classes . Teachers are excellent, very knowledgeable and skilled. Also, in the challenging poses, teachers provide levels that fit all needs.

I use to practice virtually and haven’t even been to an in-person class (social anxiety interfered a lot), plus I haven’t touched my mat in 3 years due to substance abuse and then I gained 75 lbs after getting sober… so I literally had zero intention of restarting my practice let alone attending an in-person hot Vinyasa 2. But I did! And I’m so grateful that I got out of my own way and showed up (with the help of my friend who invited me) because it was a beautiful (albeit sweaty) experience and I feel my passion reignite. The check-in staff was inviting- she addressed me by name, gave me a brief tour, and asked if I need any equipment. Cecelia was so supportive without even directly speaking or touching me- she let me know it was a save space thru her energy and eye contact and I am so appreciative of that because the class was way beyond my ability at this point and I spent quite awhile in balasana lol
