1. Studio always feels and smells clean even though students are dripping sweat all day! 2. The staff is friendly and attentive 3. Instructors are incredible 4. Last but not least - I LOVE Miki's classes. For me, her classes are difficult but never intimidating. I'm not a consistent student but genuinely feel her routines never fail to challenge the entire body while her dry humor reminds my brain to breathe and recenter without stressing on the work.
