I've had an amazing experience. Coaches are wonderful, nice, helpful and offer adjustments and tips to get positions properly. It's a judgment free zone. I don't feel pushed to do a workout that I cannot do due to injury or simply lack of strength. The sculpt classes are the perfect amount of challenging and fun
