Samantha was an incredible instructor. She helped me correctly get into postures I wasn't familiar with and educated me on the principles of yoga and other classes I may be interested in. She also helped me pick out a new yoga mat to purchase after the session was over. She really ignited a new excitement over my personal practice 😊
