Tyler is a fabulous instructor and offers one of the best PodHot classes on the schedule. He gives great cues, is aware of the different levels of yogis in the room and is incredibly kind. The word must be put on how fabulous he is because last night there were 18 yogis in the room. It was Fabulous!

I love the studio space, the daycare option, the beautiful bathroom, and most of all the teachers. I feel great after each class. The only concern might be thatmy friends who live farther away might not be able to join me for an early morning class, but if they can, great!
