It was a fun and challenging class. Though, it was a bit of a tighter fit, it was clearly a pretty popular class.

Well first my traps, back and shoulders are a little sore today. I feel like I awoke muscles that I havent used in a very very long time. The instructor was very thorough and kept asking if anyone had any questions. She also helped everyone when our form looked off and told us how to correct it. This is why I believe I am sore. The studio was very clean and the staff were very inviting and friendly. I also love all the variety of classes you guys offer throughout the day! I will be joining next week
