I like to go to the Westminster PodFit class on Saturdays/Sundays. Jessica, the instructor, is awesome! It's always a good workout! The facility itself is beautiful and clean.

The teacher was awesome, I feel at home in the studio, it's like a spa where I can just take care of me. I don't feel any shame in class when I can't do something 😊
