• I have done yoga on and off since 1969... I like Yoga Pod Reno because they have 3 classrooms going at the same time. I used to work in a famous casino health club that provided amenities like towels, q-tips, and mouthwash... The showers have shampoo and conditioner in bottles ... the staff is extremely friendly and the people who attend classes are also quite nice and friendly.
