Awesome instructors and very relaxing / effective class
Lovely studio and teachers who know what they are doing!
Good location, kind teachers, clean change rooms, showers and towels are included in the price, spacious room, no crowds, early AM classes are available.
Best yoga class I've been too. Instruction was easy to follow and class was a a perfect pace for beginners or advanced. Left feeling like a great work out and also refreshed.
