Carol is a wonderful instructor; very clear and helpful.

Because I’ve never had a bad time at this studio. I fully enjoyed that spin class. It was dark enough in the room I didn’t have to see my gross workout face in the mirror so I actually tried harder.
The class was good, instructor was helpful, and price was great. (the $7 class)
The staff were so helpful and considerate. This was our first visit and they took time to discuss more appropriate classes and instructors with us for beginners.
