Heather is one of the best yoga instructors I have ever practiced with. Her vocal cues and attention to detail in describing each movement is stellar. I only wish she would provide any physical corrections to help me get deeper into poses. So lucky to have her.

Beautiful setting, the intentions during the yoga nidra class were exactly what I needed that day. The experience, space held, support I felt in the room...and a lovely human guiding us. She was wonderful
