Excellent classes and wide variety as well. Yoga Passage has a great community feel to it too.
Even with the social distancing and zoom, Lindsey was able to coach the class effectively with proper cuing and tempo call outs. She was able to recognize from across the room what people needed and provide them with the feedback needed to have a great workout. Love her class!
The energy and community feel of the studio is wonderful. I felt safe coming back after 3 month hiatus of working out and it was my first time to the spin studio. The staff were helpful, Kind and it was super fun!
