I've been going to passage for a couple years. Passage not only helps my physical body but the instructors always make sure to help balance you mentally and spiritually.
I moved to Edmonton after my divorce two years ago and felt lost without this studio.
I tried numerous studios on Edmonton to regain that balance again. I recently lost my mom and life had just spun my emotions my spirituality was virtually non existent and my body was screaming at me to help heal it, but I just couldn't get motivated. I received an email from your studio at such a pivotal point and took a chance you were doing virtual classes. You were and I began my journey again. I've done a number of classes now and am looking forward to Gord's tomorrow. My mind, my body and my emotions are starting to feel like they are regaining balance again. This studio is like my church, my gym and my therapist.
