I used to attend classes in 2013; when I moved to Okotoks I stopped attending. Now that Passage Yoga offers virtual classes I am very happy to be able to attend virtually.
Passage is my favorite place for yoga.
Passage is My 2nd home,,,the peace, the friendships, the energy, the love,the kindness, the compassion...I can be who I am and not feel alone but feel excepted for who I am.
I tell everyone how much I love it there and how much it has helped me to stay open.
