Class was great. Instructor was easy to follow & gave lots of info to make the poses more difficult if you wanted. Space is very welcoming. I'm looking forward to my next class
Amazing lesson and class
Great welcoming environment. The Yoga teacher today (Friday at 12:10pm) was very easy to follow. I did not have to look around much to see what I was to be doing.
