I'm. 56 and consider myself active. I've never thought I'd ever try yoga. My first visit was very inspiring. The instructor was very knowledgeable and more importantly understood it was my first class and made me feel very welcome. For that I am grateful for... my whole experience was very memorable and will try more classes.
