I was introduced to Passage through Ang and came for a spin class about a month ago. Loved the vibe! The sound system in the spin room isn't great to be honest (compared to all the spin classes I've taken around the world) but it didn't stop the fantastic energy and fun. I then tried a HIIT class with Mike and did another spin class with Ang. Today I did HIIT with Kristen and LOVED it, super challenging but in a controlled way and I felt like I really pushed. It seems like a good group of people so looking forward to trying more classes and getting to now some people. Thanks!
