I was just honestly very happy to be back in a studio for practice, where it felt like a welcoming environment. Hopefully looking forward to come back for another class again soon.

Lisa was awesome. Great mix of tough, but kind and positive. Very motivating. I've been looking for something I could just show up and do the work, and this was perfect.
