Chris was well organized with equipment ready at each station and demonstrated the exercises thoroughly prior to the start of class. I appreciated his effort to learn my name immediately and provide encouragement throughout the class. The front desk staff was also friendly and created a welcoming environment to everyone who visited. Though I don’t live within proximity to Passage, I hope to visit again soon.
