Anna is such a great HIIT instructor. I love her classes. The energy she brings and how much she wants you to succeed and grows, really shows with how much thought she puts into the program and set up.
I'd have said 10, but the location isn't the best for me. Although I'm sure it is for lots of other people. 😀
