Olivia G was a great teacher and it's a great space! I can't wait to come back!
The class was to be a Gentle Restorative Yoga. The yoga instructor who led the class, was very good but the class wasn't a restorative class as I have come to know.
Hope this helps and I will try again. FYI, I am coming back to yoga class 7 mos. after a double hernia surgery.
