I really enjoyed the workshop I attended and got a lot out of it. Kathleen was amazing in guiding us through the experience and I look forward to attending the next one.
I love the instructors, class themes and community as a whole. There is a lot of variety to the practice at this studio that I haven't been able to find anywhere else
