Great environment, knowledgeable instructor
Jen was so easy going, knowledgeable and no pressure. It was comfortable to ask questions and I liked the approach as an orientation for this first class. Even tho I've done yoga elsewhere in the past, some places make you feel stupid if you ask questions. The whole center has a down to earth feel.
I loved the bahkti yoga class yesterday it was challenging
Megan led a very insightful and motivating class I loved her transitions and variety. She was sure to make modifications for all skill levels with enough structure to inspire students but without the pressure of perfection
