Kathleen is AMAZING. This was my first experience practicing kundalini yoga and I will absolutely be back to continue opening my heart, soul, and body to allow for the balance of internal energetic forces. Yoga Parkside is a beautiful and empowering facility and the energy generated from classes is incredible.
