The atmosphere at Yoga Parkside is always so warm and inviting. Every class and workshop I've taken there has been wonderful and transformational. The Kundalini and Ecstatic dance workshop was liberating and illuminating!

I loved the prenatal class!The teacher was great, the class itself worked on stretching out some much needed areas & it was a super relaxing class! Which I really loved! The vibes of this place in general were just what I needed! I will definitely be back!
