Wonderful teacher, well organized session, helpful stretches and poses for runners.
The class was as close as possible to pre-Covid in person class. Not the same but given these new requirements Ingela's zoom class was still very Ingela. She gave very clear demonstrations, magically monitored the class. I look forward to returning to her studio because it is tidier than the room I use at home. But it is what it is.

It felt like I was in class without the travel time, and trying to park time . It was relaxing being at home but getting good instruction
