All the instructors are the best I've worked with. They all have a good balanced approach to working with many different personalities the students have. All teachers have been trained in BKS Iyengar's method. Along with Ingela Abbot's 50 years experience, and frequent teacher meetings, Mr. Iyengar's method continues to live on.
Because I have already contacted my friend Barbara to come and join us. Denise is our favorite instructor so we are so happy to be given a chance to take yoga in the studio with Denise.
