Wonderful space, welcoming teacher, great class with alignment cues and adjustments!
I enjoy all the classes I take at Yoga Northwest but especially those with Kate Espina, she is excellent. Right up there with my old instructor, Denise! She was the da bomb!
Because the classes, the attention to detail, and the compassion for our different abilities and knowledge to help each person in the class gain the maximum benefit is outstanding.
