Katie's classes gave me a neverending (seemingly) set of yoga stretches, poses, and movements that are so helpfu,l and I intend to internalize them to use over and over. Very inspiring. She models it all so expertly, and brings a sense of joy to every class. I will miss her and these classes! I am very grateful to have the recordings to go over for 3 months. And, I am sorry the studio is closing, it has been such an important part of my life in Bellingham. I wish Ingela all the best in whatever new projects she chooses. She has done much for the yoga community here. I have appreciated her awareness of world and local events and her willingness to address them with actual efforts to raise money to fight negativity. And happy holidays to everyone there!
