Loved the space, the infrared heat, etc, Teacher's instructions/voice were quite loud though and wasn't quite as calming of a class as I prefer.

I really enjoyed both classes. I would like a little bit more of meditation or some minutes to set the intention for the day, something more spiritual at the beginning or end of classes. But both classes were great
