The sound bath experience was extraordinary. It was as healing and relaxing as a message. Shanila expertly integrating scent, through the use of essential oils, incense and rose water and sound, through the bowls, chimes and moving about the room with another instrument, I didn't recognize. The dynamics she created modulate the experience, allowing for a spectrum of response and release.
