I felt genuinely welcomed by the front desk. The facility and bathrooms were spotless - so so important when you must be barefoot. I felt seen and supported -but never pushed past my abilities - by Robert the instructor. The room and the other students seemed utterly without ego and were so friendly and open. It was hands down the best first time yoga experience I've ever had. I will be back.
