I really like the hot power yoga class! I yet have to try the other classes, but I'd like to see harder classes after 7-7:30 pm. A lot of people work until 6-7 and it's hard to find classes that aren't just "relaxing" at night. And I can't make it in the early morning either. So it's a great studio, would be perfect if you introduced more sweaty night classes ( not necessarily hot but hard enough) :)

Allen was a great teacher! The class was difficult so I sat for most of it, so I really appreciated that he came up to me afterward and told me I did a great job.
