The instructors verbal prompts were so good Sitting the breath work. Being united with the experience of breathing/screaming/laughing with strangers in the room was so powerful for me. I loved the breath work. The sound bath after was very relaxing and allowed my spirit to process what I had just experienced with the breath work. It was amazing.
