• This studio has the sense of community the second you walk in the door. It’s one of my favorite places to be and I’m so blessed to get to be apart of this studio The instructors use hands on modifications to help deepen the pose. Sometimes for a special treat we get cold wet towels after the 10am Saturday hot yoga class!! Which is my favorite class
