I love all your classes and your teachers are exceptional (newer teachers do need some more mentoring ....offering modifications .....music choices....but I’m sure will improve.)

The instructor are really good and the classes are amazing. Really good flows. Also, the classes are not heated which I truly appreciate because most studios heat the rooms and I feel exhausted and can’t make the most out of my practice. I love the studio environment because I don’t feel judged. I feel we are there to become better by practicing yoga, not to show our lululemon outfit or how good we look while doing yoga (some studios have mirrors, so much vanity).
