Tim and his staff do an amazing job teaching the classes. It's a great bang for your buck scenario where the workouts are really intense over a short period of time. Great for those busy professionals! I have gained so much personally in my short time working out at the studio. Tim is an excellent, motivational instructor. My only issue is sometimes the cleanliness in the studios as well as the shower area which doesn't appear to be cleaned on even a semi regular regular basis. A frequent mopping, disinfecting and bleaching the studios, bathrooms, mats and weights would go a long way toward bringing even more people into the Chicago studio! Thanks Tim!
