• I left a review on class pass but I loved the candlelight and vinyasa focus. I got a very good workout and as a beginner did not feel intimated or pressured into doing more advanced poses. Sona was accommodating to all skill levels and her flow helped me stay in the moment. A perfect class to unwind after a stressful week. I will be back!
