There was a small class size so I got a lot of 1:1 attention from the instructors. The class was for beginners so they went slow enough that I wasn'toverwhelmed but they also made it challenging enough that I walked out feeling like I really accomplished something. It was a great work out physically andmentally!

The instructor was great at going off the ability of the class. Pushed us to try harder things, but made sure to concentrate on foundational moves.
