• The classes are some of the most challenging I have ever taken. I love that your studio strengthens my practice and pushes me to my limit. Also, Its not your typical yoga studio--and I love that. I love the free flow aspect of some of the classes. The studio is clean and the boutique is super cute. Oh and sometimes there's a puppy.

• 2/3 g to be aware of my fears of failing and the instructors empower me to simply begin again and push past those limitations. I leave and feel like I can st1/3 I originally came to Yoga lab looking for something to add into my workout routine. However, what I've found there is so much more than that. I'm learnin3/3 ep outside and simply begin again, but with a better version of myself
